You don't need any previous experience.
Many people arrive at Friendly Kite School having never flown a kite before.
Your first lessons focus heavily on understanding the wind, controlling the kite and learning the safety systems before progressing toward the water and board.
Kitesurfing is an extreme sport, so proper instruction matters.
That's why Friendly Kite School operates as an IKO Pro/Plus Center and works with trained, IKO-certified professionals.
Safety isn't something we add to the lesson.
Safety is the foundation of the lesson.
Already Know How to Kite?
Buen Hombre isn't only for beginners.
Independent riders can enjoy huge amounts of open water, downwind adventures and incredible conditions for freeride, freestyle and progression.
Advanced riders can also work with our instructors on specific skills and techniques.
And if your goal goes beyond simply becoming a better rider, Friendly Kite can help you take another step.
As an IKO Pro/Plus Center, we can also host professional-level training and instructor courses, giving experienced riders the opportunity to progress toward becoming certified kiteboarding instructors.
